Consumption and sale of illegal substances or drugs is strictly prohibited inside the premises. - No Outside Cigarettes are allowed.

- Alcohol will be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA)
- Strict action will be taken against anyone who damages the property, creates any nuisances, abuses the staff/management, physical violence etc.
- All the complaints related to other guests, staff, management, third party contractors will be taken at the complaint desk.
- Once the pass sold no refund policy
- No Duplicate pass will be issued if the pass is lost.

- Parking, Mobiles and valuables are at owners risk.
- Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by festival guests.
- Any disputes to be settled under Pune jurisdiction courts only.
- The holder of this ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
- Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
- Organizers or any of its agents, officers, employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
- Professional cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol are not allowed from outside the festival. Food and beverages will be available inside the festival.
- Parking is Paid.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry to an already drunken person or anyone imposing a threat.
- We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.
- Rights of admission reserved.
- By buying the pass, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger, incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event including death, personal injury, loss, damage or disability.
